Philosophy

Our philosophy centers around helping you be authentically you. We believe that exploring and finding your true self and walking your unique path is the foundation for both stability and growth. Life can be messy and filled with adversity. Life can also be joyous with moments of bliss sprinkled in. So whether you or your child are struggling from a traumatic experience, are dealing with grief, or are just struggling to find that joy in your everyday, we want to help. Your feelings matter. You deserve the space and time to find the best version of yourself. We are here to support you because nobody should have to do this work alone.

Our therapy services utilize evidence-based practices to support children, adolescents, and adults to heal, build a strong base, and grow in ways determined by you. Our therapeutic background is in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients to become aware of their thought process in order to challenge situations and respond to them in a more effective way. We believe in taking a team approach to therapy by including parents/family in the process as appropriate, and collaborating with other disciplines as needed, including PCP’s, medication providers, and school staff.

Who We Serve

Our experience working with children and adolescents includes, but is not limited to, concerns of depression, anxiety, autism, identity exploration, aggression/behaviors, ADHD, abuse/trauma, self-harm, and suicidal thinking.  

We have experience working with adults who may struggle with parenting, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thinking, and adjustment disorders.
